2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are eligible if submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. To qualify for a refund, your account must not have exceeded significant usage of paid features during the billing period. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@salesform.eu with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain charges are non-refundable, including: partial month usage after the 14-day refund window, any add-on services that have already been fully delivered, and accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.
